Job summary

TopDog Law, Llc is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to own client relationships and support attorneys in personal injury matters from intake through litigation. This remote, national role emphasizes fast-paced collaboration, meticulous document management, and timely case progression.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, organize case files, and communicate with clients to ensure they feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience supporting attorneys in pre-litigation and litigated personal injury matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing merits of Personal Injury claims; organize and summarize records and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, correspondence, and other filings; coordinate service and ensure timely submissions.
• Conduct legal research and summarize medical records; support negotiations with insurance carriers.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; maintain professional, compassionate communication throughout case life cycle.
• Manage discovery, deposition coordination, and trial preparation; organize case files and deadlines.
