Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar admission required.
• 5–10 years of Personal Injury experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Case Evaluation: assess merits of Personal Injury claims from records and evidence.
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Develop and implement strategies to protect clients’ rights and negotiate with insurers.
• Maintain regular client communication and explain processes and options.
• Collaborate with medical/vocational experts to evaluate injuries and compensation.
• Handle discovery, trial prep, and courtroom advocacy as needed.
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with providers and experts.
• Uphold ethics and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
