Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a remote Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early case progress for personal injury files. You will open claims, gather medical records, reports, and manage liens while coordinating with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate, well-documented files for demand.

You will operate in a high-volume, detail-focused environment, maintaining timelines and communicating daily with clients and partners. A strong track record in remote legal operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
• Able to execute processes in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, providers, attorneys and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills and police reports.
• Monitor treatment progression and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete case files for demand.
• Communicate with clients daily to guide them through pre-litigation.
• Maintain case timelines and meet milestones with precision.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to improve speed and accuracy.
• Ensure strong documentation, file integrity and communication.
