Job summary

TopDog Law in Washington State seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to own client relationships from intake through settlement, guiding them with empathy and clarity. You will manage fast-paced, high-volume cases, coordinate with medical providers, and leverage case management tools to keep every detail in check while advancing toward outcomes.

You’ll serve as the client’s advocate, ensuring they feel heard and supported, and you will use technology to stay organized, proactive, and deeply

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Washington state.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Be the source of truth on every case you touch, leveraging cutting-edge technology to stay sharp, move fast, and never let anything slip.
• This is not a hand-off role, it's full ownership, and for the right person, it's one of the most impactful seats in the firm.
