Job summary

Talent Hiring Recruiters/Jobseekers is seeking a Performance Max Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage and optimize Performance Max campaigns across digital advertising platforms to drive conversions and meet client performance goals.

You will analyze campaign data, run performance tests, identify trends, and implement data-driven recommendations. Regularly report insights to clients or internal teams and ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Experience in performance management and testing to design and refine campaigns.
Effective communication to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads Performance Max) and reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of attribution models and A/B testing methodologies.
Highly detailed, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities
