Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to drive client success by optimizing campaigns across dealership accounts. You will manage day-to-day performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

The role is full-time and remote within the Continental US, with Eastern or Central time zones highly preferred. Requires 2+ years in digital marketing and Google Ads/Meta platform experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of dealership accounts and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor pacing, trends and KPIs across digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Conduct audits to ensure best practices and identify improvements.
• Execute and recommend optimizations to improve lead volume, cost efficiency, and ROI.
• Lead client calls and provide performance updates.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Onboard new clients and launch campaigns successfully.
