Placements24 is seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, budget oversight, and scalable growth from anywhere. You will drive CPA, ROAS, CPC, and CTR KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and collaborate with creatives to tailor ads for audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Strong KPI tracking and optimization skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (GA, Excel, SQL).
• Strong communication and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR) daily and optimize.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, targeting, bidding.
• Perform keyword research and audience segmentation.
• Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels.
• Analyze data and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Collaborate with creative team for ad copy and visuals.
• Stay updated on SEM and paid social best practices.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign success.
• Align performance marketing with overall company goals.
