Jump 450 Media seeks a Performance Marketing Recruiter to partner with recruiting leadership and hiring managers to fill elite roles across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations.

You will own searches from sourcing through offer, engage passive candidates, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through a multistage process, using Workable and Workday to track progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in marketing/agency or fast-paced environment.
• Track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates for specialized roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches with different priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements, hiring priorities, and performance expectations with hiring managers.
• Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach, screens, assessment, and closing conversations.
• Find and engage passive candidates through targeted research, referrals, and long-term relationship building.
• Recruit across paid media, performance marketing, creative, and agency functions, understanding required skills and results.
• Lead initial interviews exploring candidates’ contributions, depth, goals, and compensation expectations.
• Present candidates with evidence-based recommendations to hiring teams.
