Scalesource is seeking a remote digital marketing professional who understands performance, owns the numbers, and turns marketing activity into measurable growth.

You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and budgets, and support SEO, email, and lead-generation efforts. GA4 and reporting tools are used to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and marketing reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and campaign budgets.
• Support SEO, email marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor performance through GA4, Search Console, and marketing platforms.
• Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Build performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams.
