Persona is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a remote, long-term role handling a growing book of advertiser accounts in performance marketing. You will be hands-on, use Ads Manager, and leverage AI tools to extract performance data, spotting overspend or underdelivery quickly.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in performance marketing or ad tech, strong English, and comfort working on U.S. business hours. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities for growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer success, account management, or campaign operations.
• Fluent in performance metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, pacing, IO cap.
• Technically curious—tracking links, pixels, or postbacks.
• Comfortable with daily account hygiene across multiple budgets and launches.
• Strong written communication; concise client recaps.
• AI-forward: uses AI tools to work faster.
• Proactive: flags problems early.
• Fully fluent in English.
• Able to work U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET).
• Commitment to long-term, full-time work.

Responsabilités

• Take new advertisers from signed IO to live in Ads Manager: campaigns, ad groups, targeting, offers, creatives, budgets, CPA targets.
• Build and maintain offer/creative variations for testing.
• Set up and QA conversion tracking: server-side postbacks, MMP events, and configurations.
• Test tracking links and macros; verify conversions post-launch.
• Monitor spend, pacing, CTR, CVR, CPA daily; catch overspend.
• Perform routine optimizations and flag major changes.
• Use AI agents to pull performance cuts and draft recaps.
• Be day-to-day contact for advertisers: check-ins and monthly recaps.
• Prepare data and talking points for QBRs; re-engage lapsed advertisers.
• Convert client feedback into feature requests for Product/Engineering.
