Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design and implementation of Zoom’s performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. You will connect talent, learning, and development with data-driven decision making and AI-driven insights to scale impact across the organization.

You will lead enablement content, manager toolkits, and in-the-flow learning to ensure adoption and sustained execution of the talent cycle across tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or related HR discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
• Ability to build talent-cycle programs from scratch or iterate on existing processes.
• Experience using data/analytics to measure program impact and drive improvements.
• Product-owner mindset with ability to define success metrics and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy to drive accountability, growth, and business alignment.
• Build scalable processes for managing performance, including goal setting, evaluation, feedback, and recognition integration.
• Develop scalable talent planning and succession processes, including talent reviews and leadership pipeline development.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize supporting systems and tools.
• Create toolkits, guides, and in-work learning that empower managers with practical feedback, coaching, and development planning.
• Establish baselines and success metrics and surface data-driven recommendations to leaders.
