Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. The role spans learning experiences, enablement content, and manager toolkits, with data and AI at the center of measurement and scale.

Based in the US, this hybrid/remote role sits within the People Experience organization and partners with senior leaders to drive accountable, scalable talent outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent management, performance management, or related HR field.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
• Ability to build programs from scratch with process design and tech solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalized experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with customer-centric metrics and adoption focus.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to measure program impact with data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy.
• Build scalable processes for managing performance across the organization.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession processes.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize tools.
