Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across tools, processes, and learning experiences.

You will build connected performance and development workflows, with enablement content, manager toolkits, and in-the-flow learning, while using data and AI to measure impact and scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management or related HR
• Experience designing enablement content and manager training
• Experience building programs from scratch with cross-functional alignment
• Experience using AI tools in daily work
• Product-owner mindset with metrics and adoption
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Robust data analytics to measure program impact

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy.
• Build and implement scalable processes for performance management.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession processes.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and tools.
• Develop toolkits, guides, and learning experiences for each process.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle.
