Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across the talent lifecycle. You will coordinate quarterly check-ins, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning with a focus on data-driven decisions and in-the-flow learning experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of talent management and learning and development, requiring program architecture skills, content design, and a strong adoption mindset.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Hands-on learning and development experience designing enablement content and manager training.
• Proven ability to build programs from scratch with cross-functional alignment.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalized experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve Zoom’s performance management strategy and philosophy to drive accountability and growth.
• Build scalable processes for performance management, aligned with quarterly check-ins and goal setting.
• Design scalable talent planning, succession, and leadership development with data-driven decisions.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and evaluate tools underpinning the talent cycle.
• Develop toolkits and learning experiences tied to Zoom’s skills taxonomy for managers.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle to drive continuous iteration.
