Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. You will connect quarterly check-ins, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and learning enablement into cohesive workflows with enablement content and manager toolkits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent management, performance management, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and manager training.
• Proven ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs from scratch or iteratively.
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalized experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with metrics, feedback, and adoption focus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy for accountability and growth.
• Build scalable processes for managing performance, including goal setting, evaluation, feedback, coaching, and recognition.
• Design and deploy talent planning and succession management with data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize the systems and tools used across the talent cycle.
• Develop toolkits and learning experiences tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy for managers.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle with data-driven recommendations.
