Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager who will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Zoom's performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across tools, processes, and learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent management or related HR roles.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
• Ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs from scratch or iterations.
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness.
• Product-owner mindset with measurable success.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Data and analytics to measure program impact.
