Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent Management or HR with a track record of building scalable performance systems.
• Hands-on learning and development experience designing and delivering enablement content.
• Experience building talent-cycle programs from scratch or iterating on existing ones.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work to enhance effectiveness.
• Product-owner mindset with ability to define success metrics and drive adoption.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners; excellent communication.
• Robust use of data/analytics to measure program impact and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy, creating a clear, accountable approach.
• Build and implement scalable processes for managing performance across the organization, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and coaching.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession management, including talent reviews and leadership pipeline development.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize the supporting systems and tools.
• Develop and deliver toolkits, guides, and learning experiences tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle, surfacing data-driven recommendations to leaders.
