Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Zoom's performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. You will connect quarterly check-ins, goal-setting frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and the performance technology roadmap into cohesive, data-driven programs that span tools, processes, and learning experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of talent management and learning & development, requiring

Qualifications

8+ years in talent management or related HR discipline.
Hands-on L&D experience with enablement content and leadership programs.
Proven ability to build programs from scratch with tech and process design.
Experience using AI tools to surface insights and scale personalized experiences.
Product-owner mindset with measurable success metrics.
Strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Strong data and analytics to measure program impact and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve performance management strategy and philosophy.
Build scalable processes for performance management with quarterly check-ins and goal setting.
Design talent planning and succession processes with data-driven decisions.
Define the performance technology roadmap and tool optimization.
Deliver toolkits and learning experiences tied to skills taxonomy.
Establish baselines and metrics across the talent cycle with data-driven recommendations.
