Job summary

Eleos CM, Inc. is seeking a People Team Coordinator to be the front line for the firm, manage incoming mail, and assist with recruiting as we grow. You will handle sensitive legal and medical materials with confidentiality and play a hands-on role in onboarding and employee engagement.

The role emphasizes organization, discretion, and dependability, with duties spanning calls, scanning, routing documents, and supporting ATS and onboarding processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and professionalism to represent the firm.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping any.
• Discretion with sensitive information and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Bonus points: reception, office coordination, or recruiting experience; familiarity with applicant tracking systems or document scanning tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls and run front-desk operations as the first point of contact for the firm.
• Receive, scan, and digitize all incoming mail and route it to the right team, fast and accurately.
• Handle sensitive medical, legal, and financial documents under strict confidentiality procedures.
• Support recruiting: job postings, candidate outreach, resume review, and initial screening.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and keep our applicant tracking system clean and current.
• Pitch in on onboarding, employee engagement, and People Team projects as we scale.
