Job summary

BME Strategies is a Massachusetts-based public health consulting firm seeking a detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join the People, Operations, & Finance team. You will also serve as an Associate Recruiter, handling searches from recruitment through onboarding, while supporting P&C processes across the organization.

The role offers exposure to talent, people operations, and culture in a growing firm with opportunities to expand operational expertise and project

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years in operations, talent acquisition, administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience independently conducting end-to-end searches for new roles, from recruitment through interviews and onboarding.
Experience with drafting job descriptions, resume review, and candidate selection.
Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Associate and Senior Associate roles, including evaluations, interviews, and onboarding.
Post job openings, schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and conduct reference checks.
Maintain ATS records (Workable) and provide regular progress updates.
Contribute to onboarding/offboarding logistics and template updates for P&C processes.
Support culture initiatives and employee engagement through communications and events.
