Elutia, headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to keep our people and culture running day-to-day. You will support full-cycle recruiting, coordinate interviews, and drive onboarding and compliance documentation.

This on-site role offers an engaging culture, opportunities to plan events, manage office operations, and grow within a mission-driven company focused on patient outcomes. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $68,000 with benefits and equity potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, office administration, or related field.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is a plus.
• On-site role based in Gaithersburg, MD office.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, and initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Own onboarding logistics for new hires, including paperwork and 90-day experience.
• Maintain onboarding/compliance documentation (I-9, E-Verify, policy acknowledgments).
• Plan and execute culture/engagement initiatives, team events, and office lunches in Gaithersburg.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain HR files and compliance documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Support HR projects and process improvements as the function grows.
