The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and discreet handling of sensitive information to support a small, fast-paced team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in HR, recruiting, or admin role with people work.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using HRIS or ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation materials.
• Maintain and audit employee records in HRIS.
• Support benefits enrollment and communications with employees and vendors.
• Coordinate employee recognition and milestone events.
• Maintain intranet content and HR policies.
• Support performance management deadlines and processes.
• Provide general admin support to People Operations.
• Assist special projects and deadlines.
