Jerry.ai is a remote-first company with offices in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago and Toronto, seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle with emphasis on compliance and process improvement.

You will partner with hiring managers and People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and answer employee questions, and leverage AI tools to streamline documentation and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years HR generalist experience in a high-growth company.
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and answer employee questions.
• Use AI tools to streamline documentation, research, and reduce manual work.
