Jerry.ai is seeking an experienced HR Operations lead to own multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll/benefits questions, across a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will shape policies, lead audits, and guide the Payroll and HR Administration function with hands-on judgment.

You'll also rearchitect HR processes with an AI-native mindset and grow into day-to-day HR operations management, collaborating with finance and legal to scale our people operations as we expand to new states

Qualifications

• In-house, multi-state HR compliance experience with hands-on policy drafting.
• Hands-on payroll, benefits, and leave questions with ownership.
• Excited to build with AI and rearchitect HR ops.

Responsabilités

• Own multi-state compliance and policy updates across employee classifications.
• Lead annual compliance audits and handbook refresh.
• Handle escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions.
• Review and unblock Payroll and HR Administration team work.
• Architect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.
• Grow into day-to-day HR operations management.
