Job summary

HealthChannels, LLC is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to manage onboarding and lifecycle tasks remotely. You will handle I-9 verification, credentialing, background checks, and HRIS data entry while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role collaborates with payroll, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and IT to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and support audits in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 2+ years in HR operations, onboarding, or data management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of I-9 verification and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls with new hires guiding onboarding process.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and issue resolution.
• Act as an authorized I-9 reviewer ensuring compliance.
• Support onboarding docs, background checks, credentialing, and HRIS data entry.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage system integrations for onboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records and support audits.
