World Business Lenders, LLC, a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce, seeks an HR onboarding specialist to coordinate onboarding, maintain org structure, and support payroll and employee relations from a fully remote location.

Responsibilities include training initiative tracking, internal communications, and enforcing HR policies. Requires 2+ years in HR or onboarding and strong English communication. This is a remote contract/consultant role with ET work hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or onboarding roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process and ensure documentation and access are in place.
• Maintain and update the company's organizational structure.
• Assist in managing day-to-day employee relations.
• Support planning and tracking of training initiatives and records.
• Draft and distribute internal communications.
• Provide payroll support.
