Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for client teams across the United States. You will lead new hire intake discussions, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards.

You will train peers, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with background vendors, HR, Talent Acquisition, and client leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for a diverse book of business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar onboarding field.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for assigned book of business; include client intake discussions and process optimization.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for training and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interpret occupational health results and determine vaccinations to ensure Joint Commission compliance.
• Guide new hires through onboarding with confidentiality and timely completion of items.
• Maintain relationships across background vendors, HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring leaders; review eligibility.
