• Sends out welcome packets and ensures onboarding paperwork is complete.
• Provides ongoing guidance to new hires regarding onboarding requirements.
• Coordinates and tracks pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens).
• Maintains and documents onboarding processes and communications.
• Collaborates with recruiting and credentialing departments to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Manages the onboarding system and related records.
