Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a hands-on People Operations Specialist to manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HRIS across the employee lifecycle. You will drive AI-enabled improvements, support EOR relationships in the Americas, and maintain accurate employee records in a remote U.S. setting.

Collaborating with the VP of People, you’ll help implement and optimize HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and a superior employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR, or related function.
• Hands-on experience across onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and People systems.
• Experience coordinating EOR relationships across the Americas (AMER).

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire experience from offer to onboarding and orientation.
• Manage day-to-day People Operations, payroll, benefits, and records.
• Improve workflows using AI and automation to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate system access and maintain HRIS records.
• Partner with VP of People to evaluate AI-enabled processes and HRIS rollout.
