Talentoma is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support new hires through the onboarding lifecycle in a fully remote role based in Oregon. You will coordinate welcome steps, track tasks, and ensure timely updates across HR systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of onboarding experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a distributed team. The role requires a 40-hour week with varying shifts, and health benefits plus a 401(k) are offered.

Responsabilités

• Review onboarding requests and assign ownership in Bullhorn.
• Check start details and items against workflow guidance before coordinating.
• Create and maintain onboarding task lists in project management tools.
• Coordinate welcome steps, meetings, and required learning for new hires.
• Propose meeting times via Outlook and communicate changes promptly.
• Answer routine onboarding questions with clear, concise updates.
• Update notes and statuses in Bullhorn for team transparency.
• Follow up when information is missing or invitations are pending.
• Escalate unresolved questions to the onboarding team lead with context.
• Prepare simple status trackers in spreadsheets and Airtable.
• Meet quality expectations with timely updates and complete notes.
