Job summary

DecisionHR is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to establish and grow relationships with prospective clients, current clients, and brokers in the assigned territory. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close— while building a referral network with insurance brokers, agents, and CPAs.

This fully remote, individual contributor role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and residual income from

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales or PEO sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to identify value propositions and build long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; strong pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute prospecting strategy for identifying and converting new PEO client opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners, HR leaders, and financial decision-makers.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and service agreements; address objections clearly.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and ensure smooth handoffs at close.
