Bankers Financial Corp is seeking a Sales Consultant to independently manage the full sales cycle for PEO services in Florida. This fully remote role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, targeting growth through broker and referral partnerships.

You will prospect, consult, and close opportunities, building long-term client relationships while leveraging an uncapped commission structure and comprehensive company benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or PEO sales experience.
• Experience managing a full sales lifecycle: prospecting to close.
• Ability to build and maintain broker/agent relationships.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new PEO client opportunities in the territory.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business leaders to identify needs and ROI.
• Prepare proposals, pricing analyses, and service agreements.
• Manage proposals through multi-stakeholder buying processes to close deals.
• Develop and sustain strong broker/agent referral networks.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast in CRM.
