DecisionHR is seeking a Sales Consultant to establish and grow client relationships across the assigned territory. The role manages the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and close—while building a robust referral network with brokers and agents.

This is a fully remote, individual-contributor position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and residual income opportunities, along with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/territory management or PEO sales with a proven revenue track record.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle business development: sourcing, building, maintaining, and cultivating referral relationships with brokers and agents.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new PEO client opportunities within the assigned territory through cold outreach, referrals, brokers, and networking.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners and decision-makers to identify workforce challenges and ROI of DecisionHR services.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing analyses, and service agreements; handle objections through multi-stakeholder processes.
