Job summary

DecisionHR seeks a remote Sales Consultant to establish and grow client relationships across an assigned territory. You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a strong referral network with brokers, agents, CPAs and other partners.

In this role you will present tailored offerings, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value. A base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits are provided; travel may be required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full lifecycle sales and territory management.
• Ability to identify value propositions and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience with brokers, agents, and referral channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive prospecting strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct discovery with decision makers to tailor PEO solutions and ROI.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, handle objections, and close deals.
• Maintain strong referral networks and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR teams to hand off at close.
