Job summary

DecisionHR is seeking a Sales Consultant to establish and grow relationships within an assigned territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while building a strong referral network with insurance brokers, PEO brokers, agents, and CPAs.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and robust company benefits, with remote work and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. A minimum of 5 years in sales or PEO sales is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, territory management, or PEO sales with a proven revenue track record.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle business development: sourcing, building, maintaining, and cultivating referral relationships.
• Ability to influence senior executives and articulate clear ROI and operational value.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new PEO client opportunities within the territory through cold outreach, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business leaders to assess needs and present Value Propositions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing analyses, and service agreements; handle objections and negotiations.
• Build and maintain broker/agent partnerships; convert opportunities to signed clients.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide cadence updates to leadership.
