Job summary

DecisionHR is seeking a Sales Consultant to establish, develop, and grow relationships with prospective clients, current clients, and business partners within the assigned territory.

This fully remote, individual contributor role manages the complete sales cycle—from prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close—while developing and maintaining a strong referral network with insurance brokers, PEO brokers, agents, CPAs, and other channel partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, territory management, or PEO sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Demonstrated understanding of a strategic sales process: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive prospecting strategy to identify new PEO client opportunities.
• Establish DecisionHR as the preferred PEO provider in the assigned market and build a strong referral network.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and service agreements to prospective clients; address objections during the buy process.
