Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Florida is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, PEO, to identify and close new PEO opportunities across Fort Myers, Sarasota, and Naples. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to implementation, building relationships with brokers and business owners while hitting monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• More than two years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business, manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new PEO opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build referral networks with brokers and channel partners.
• Lead discovery meetings and present PEO solutions including co-employment, payroll and HR services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients; drive end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to implementation.
