Job summary

CoAd is expanding its field sales team in the Jacksonville area to drive new business for PEO services. The Business Sales Consultant will target C-suite decision-makers, identify client needs, and close new accounts within a high-growth market.

This hunter role offers uncapped earning potential and a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in complex solution sales, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in complex solution-based sales and/or 2+ years outside sales.
• Experience in a business environment and consultative sales approach.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefits regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities to win clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily for pipeline hygiene.
• Generate leads from self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a network of small to mid-size business owners.
• Engage with C-suite level professionals to introduce CoAd products and services.
• Represent CoAd as a leading PEO provider and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate on special projects and adopt AI tools to boost productivity.
