Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a remote Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting families through enrollment and ongoing caregiver engagement. You will supervise performance, coordinate scheduling, provide ongoing coaching, and partner with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management experience in call center or patient engagement.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, customer engagement, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar platforms; strong communication skills.

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
• Supervise timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling.
• Provide coaching to improve effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Drive enrollment, outreach, caregiver engagement, and experience metrics.
