Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group, is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting caregivers from enrollment through ongoing care. This remote role includes up to 20% travel and prefers candidates in several states including Florida.

You will coach, develop and supervise Patient Engagement Associates, monitor performance, drive enrollment and caregiver engagement, and collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II who support caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement.
• ConductRegular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide feedback and support development.
• Ensure team members meet service and performance standards and manage timesheets.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve associate effectiveness and performance.
• Monitor team performance against enrollment, outreach and caregiver engagement metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Act as escalation point for caregiver concerns and workflow issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership.
