Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric group delivering 24/7 virtual and in-home care. We are hiring a Remote Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement, providing coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a high-quality, compassionate member journey.

You will supervise engagement associates, drive enrollment metrics, and partner with Clinical and Operations teams to support a seamless care experience for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, customer success, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching and developing team members; leading enrollment, engagement, and care coordination functions.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II throughout the member journey.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support development.
• Ensure accuracy in timesheets, scheduling changes, and time-off requests.
• Coach team members to improve engagement, quality, and performance.
• Monitor enrollment, outreach, caregiver engagement, and experience metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams for a seamless member experience.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
