Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled pediatric group, is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting families through enrollment and ongoing engagement during a child’s care journey. This remote role includes occasional travel up to 20%.

You will coach, evaluate performance, manage timekeeping, and partner with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a compassionate, high-quality member experience and drive enrollment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years in management roles within call centers or patient engagement.
• Experience coaching teams and improving performance with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and coaching to Patient Engagement Associates.
• Ensure enrollment and caregiver engagement targets are met.
• Manage timesheets, attendance, scheduling changes, and time-off requests.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Population Health teams.
• Drive process improvements to engagement and service quality.
• Act as escalation point for caregiver concerns and workflow issues.
