Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Remote Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates, driving enrollment and ongoing caregiver engagement throughout the child’s care journey. You will supervise, coach, and develop staff, ensuring timely, high-quality caregiver interactions and performance improvements across enrollment and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in call center or patient engagement.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, outreach, engagement activities.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms; Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff to meet service and performance standards.
• Approve timesheets, scheduling changes, and time-off requests.
• Monitor performance against enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for caregiver engagement and enrollment issues.
• Analyze performance data and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
