Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric medical group focused on children with special health care needs. We are seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team that supports families from enrollment through ongoing engagement, ensuring a high-quality, compassionate member experience.

You will oversee coaching, performance management, and process improvements while partnering with Clinical and Operations to drive enrollment and sustained caregiver participation in our programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, customer success, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Prior experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management preferred.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II across enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and professional development.
• Ensure timesheets accuracy and approve scheduling and time-off requests.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Monitor team performance against enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to support a coordinated member experience.
