Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a remote Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II, guiding enrollment and ongoing caregiver engagement across the member journey.

You will conduct regular one-on-one coaching, monitor performance metrics, and partner with Clinical and Operations to deliver a seamless, caregiver-centered experience while ensuring timely resolutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in call center, patient engagement, healthcare ops, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management preferred.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support caregivers throughout the full member journey.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, set goals, and support development.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure service and performance standards are met.
• Coach teams through change while maintaining engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market and Population Health teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new processes and workflows.
