Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver teletherapy services to a diverse nationwide caseload. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, provide interventions, educate caregivers, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, active CA license or eligibility, and experience in clinics or schools. Comfort with pediatrics is preferred; California licensure reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting.
• Technically proficient to conduct teletherapy via our platform.
• Comfort with pediatrics (18 months+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and privacy standards.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for remote sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT advances.
