Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to clients nationwide, including California, with a pediatric focus. You will work through our teletherapy platform to assess, treat, and educate families, helping patients reach independence across diverse settings.

Requirements include a Master’s in OT and CA licensure (or eligibility), strong communication, and comfort with teletherapy tools. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT license or eligibility to apply.
• Experience in clinic or school settings or during interview process.
• Proficient with teletherapy platforms.
• Pediatric experience (18 months+) preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote occupational therapy evaluations via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver remote therapy interventions and activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for sessions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and CEUs.
