Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy services across the United States. The OT will assess, plan, and deliver remote therapies to a diverse caseload, supporting functional independence.

Qualifications include a Master’s in OT and a California license or eligibility, with pediatric experience strongly favored. Remote role with licensure reimbursement opportunities and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State OT License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Intervention: deliver remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: educate patients and caregivers to enhance independence.
• Documentation: maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Compliance: follow HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Technology: use telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Continuing Education: stay current with OT advances.
