Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth services to a diverse pediatric caseload. You will assess needs, create treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote independence and functional improvement.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Occupational Therapy with a CA license or ability to apply, and have experience with teletherapy in clinic or school settings. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
