Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth occupational therapy services to a diverse patient caseload across the United States. The role supports patients in improving functional abilities and independence through evidence-based remote interventions.

Qualifications include a Master’s in OT and an active California license or eligibility, with pediatrics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficiency in teletherapy via our platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy.
• Utilize telehealth tools to conduct sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
